Registration Information

A one time only $40.00 registration fee is required in order to secure a space for your child. Families with more than one child will receive a 10% discount off all additional children. In addition, a biannual $40.00 supply fee will be assessed to all registered children for both the school year program and the summer session. The supply fee helps cover snacks, craft materials, office supplies, etc and is standard among all school-age care programs. Registration forms and required fees must be paid before your child may attend the program. These fees are non-refundable.

Parents of registered students (students attending on a regular basis) will forecast the days and hours of their child's attendance on a monthly tuition form. This form is distributed on the 1st of the month and due with tuition fees by the 5th of each month. There is a 10% second child discount and a 15% third child discount.

The Student Stop does NOT give refunds. Credit for unused attendance will only be given if Student Stop is notified 24 hours in advance or in cases of illness. Credits must be used the following month of attendance. DUE TO THE HIGH COST OF OPERATION, CREDITS WILL NOT BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DURING WINTER BREAK OR SPRING BREAK.

Tuition is due on the 5th of each month. A $25 late fee will be added to all bills paid after the 10th of the month. A $5 charge will be added each additional day it remains unpaid.

There is a one hour minimum charge for both the before and Afternoon School Programs. After the one hour minimum, The Student Stop charges in half hour increments.

In cases of illness, The Student Stop must be notified by 3:00 p.m. of the child's absence in order to receive a credit for that day.

Returned Checks:

A $30.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
